Discusiones, voz y voto

A falta de una lista clara y precisa de socios, propongo dar voz y voto a las persona que cumplan cualquiera de las siguientes condiciones:

Haber participado activamente (3 emails o más) en la lista de correo pública o en la de socios durante el último año.
Haber estado presente en alguna KDD o asamblea de la asociación, incluída evidentemente la última LibreLinuxParty.

Las opiniones se podrán expresar en la asamblea misma o en la lista de socios la cual NO está archivada en la web públicamente (Si no estáis inscritos haced la petición cuanto antes para que los admins os aprueben).
