Muy interesante Rafa,

Yo añadiría (siempre pensando en Hasefroch):

- GNAT  (para tener a Michael contento :) )  

- Editor Scite (sí ya sé, un editor más...) 

- EasyPHP (conjunto LAMP mascado para Hase)

- Active Perl y Active Python

- WinCVS o TortoiseCVS

- Y si hay sitio Cygwin

Si no lo habéis hecho ya mirar http://gnuwin.epfl.ch, han actualizado
bastantes cosas!!.
